A quiet framework for how we move together.
At Sanae Six, each session is intentionally limited.

These notes are here not to overcomplicate the experience, but to preserve the calm, flow, and care that shape it.

CANCELLATIONS

Life moves. We understand.

If you’re unable to attend a session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

This allows your session credit to be returned to your account, and your space to be offered to someone else.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are considered late cancellations.

As each space is intentionally held, session credits for late cancellations cannot be returned or refunded.

MISSED SESSIONS

When a booking is held, but not used.

If you do not attend your session and have not cancelled in advance, this is considered a no-show.

In these instances, the session credit will be forfeited and cannot be returned or refunded.

ARRIVAL

We begin on time.

We recommend arriving 5 – 10 minutes early, so you have time to settle in before the session begins.

For safety, focus, and flow, entry is not permitted 5 minutes after the class has started.

If you arrive after the session start time, the booking will be treated as a missed session, and the credit cannot be returned.

Each class is guided from the very first movement.

Arriving on time ensures you receive the full experience — and allows others to do the same.

WAITLIST

A few spaces. Quietly held.

If a session is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist.

Should a space become available, it will be offered automatically. If you are moved into a session from the waitlist, you will be notified.

If you are added to class within 24 hours of the start time, the booking is considered confirmed and standard cancellation terms will apply.

If your plans change, we recommend removing yourself from the waitlist in advance so the space may pass to someone else with ease.

A Considered Approach.
Every space at Sanae Six is held with intention.

These boundaries are not here to create rigidity, but to protect the quality of the experience — for you, and for those moving alongside you.

Thank you for being part of that rhythm.
